Damaged artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide photos of the damaged artwork & packaging.

For prints, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost
For originals, we will work with you to reach a solution.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status online.
