We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our cancellation and replacement policies below.

Print Order Cancellations

Before Production – Orders can be cancelled without penalty before printing begins. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order details.

After Production – Once the printing process has started, cancellations are not possible. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalising your purchase.

Refunds & Replacements

Damaged Prints
If your print arrives damaged in transit, please:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide photos of the damaged print & packaging
We will replace the damaged print at no extra cost

For a damaged original we will work with you to assess and find a solution.

Technical Flaws
If your print has a technical flaw that was not present in the original supplied file:
Notify us within 7 days of receiving your print
Provide a description & photo evidence of the issue
Upon verification, we’ll replace the flawed print free of charge

Non-Qualifying Issues
Please note, our replacement policy does not cover minor colour variations due to your monitor settings
